Welcome

I am a writer, educator, and Assistant Professor in English at Kingsborough Community College. My research focuses on the history and approaches to teacher education in Writing Studies, the role of archives in first year composition, and the social histories of Writing Studies.

I have taught writing and literature courses across and beyond CUNY, focusing my courses on topics that include student activism and archives, life writing and literacy, and community writing.
